Analyze pipe bending method of Auto Tube Bender Machine
There are many methods for Auto Tube Bender Machine to bend the pipe, usually press bending, winding, pushing and rolling; it is divided into cold bending and hot bending according to whether there is heating during bending; it can also be divided into core bending according to whether there is filler in the bending. Pipes and coreless elbows;
Automatic pipe bender
Compared with the recently developed hot bending processing method, the cold bending method has more types of development after a long history. The cold bending processing methods mainly include: pressure bending, entanglement bending, rotary die bending, tension bending, roll bending, etc. In the actual cold bending of pipes, rotary die bending is a common processing method.
Due to the cross-sectional shape of the hollow thin-walled structure during core bending, during the bending process of the pipe, the outer wall is thinned by tensile stress and the inner side is thickened. Therefore, it is inevitable to cause undesirable phenomena during the bending of the pipe. Such as: the pipe bends thinner on the outside, or cracks, and thickens on the inside, or even wrinkles; the pipe section is distorted or pinched.
In addition, tube bending is elastoplastic deformation. After the load is removed, the angle and radius of the bending will elastically recover, that is, the rebound phenomenon, and it may also be stretched due to the effect of tensile force.
