Maintenance method of CNC Hydraulic Tube Bending Machine?
1. Each joint of the hydraulic pump station of the hydraulic pipe bender is equipped with an oil-resistant rubber seal ring. If the seal ring is damaged or the oil leaks, it should be replaced in time.
2. When cleaning the oil tank of the hydraulic pipe bender, clean the oil inlet filter of each pump.
3. If the forward and retreat failure is found, first check whether the solenoid valve is operating normally, and then check whether the sequence valve 6X3, relief valve YF-L20H4 or one-way unloading valve 4HD3 are stuck.
4. Clean the fuel tank and filter the hydraulic tank once within 1-2 months after the hydraulic pipe bender starts to use.
5. Check the fasteners of each part to make them fastened.
The lever of manual CNC Hydraulic Tube Bending Machine is weak and cannot bend the pipe.
A) First, check whether the steel ball in the switch has fallen. Second, tighten the switch clockwise.
B) Check whether the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank is full and fill it up.
C) Loosen the bolt on the filler port.
D) Replace the YX-shaped polyurethane seal ring in the plunger pump.
E) Exhaust air from the fuel tank.
