Safety precautions for different stages of Full Auto Tube Bending Machine operation

       Full Auto Tube Bending Machine is one of the common equipment for modern mold processing. The main working mode of most CNC pipe bending machines is the upper piston press. Its driving force has obvious characteristics, which has a great relationship with the production process of the pipe bending machine mold. But it is undeniable that the production safety of Full Auto Tube Bending Machine is higher, and the safety matters needing attention in normal use include the following:

      The working characteristic of the automatic pipe bender is to form pressure through two working hydraulic cylinders that move in parallel. This pressure is vertical downward, and the pressure can drive the mold of the bending beam to perform the bending work. The typical bending process of the upper bending beam has several stages and links, including downward movement, static state and decompression, return stroke and so on:

1: downward movement

      The downward quick closing movement of ordinary pipe benders is generally free-falling, that is, the movement of the pipe bender itself is used to produce the movement; but the CNC pipe bender mold is not the same, but uses a hydraulic cylinder without a rod To generate pressure, the fast forward speed can reach 250mm / s, which is more suitable for the production of stronger molds.

      The fast-forward movement starts from the top dead point, and can be ended by a short brake at the end, for example, after bending a certain distance of the plate, and it can be adjusted according to the different requirements of the mold manufacturing.

Two: static state

      In the static position, the fully automatic pipe bender is the upper dead point of the upper bending beam. This state is to prevent uncontrolled downward movement and reduce safety risks.

Three: Decompression

      The decompression of the rodless cavity or when the bottom dead point is reached, which starts after the dwell time, can further improve the accuracy of the part. Both pressure holding and pressure reducing can be controlled by the proportional directional valve. Customize the operating cycle time according to your needs. When decompression is required, it can be shortened as much as possible, but the decompression curve is not allowed to be too steep and as smooth as possible.

Four: Return

      This involves a large return speed, which mainly depends on the flow of the pump and the bearing area of the rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder. In general, the closer to the fast speed, the more efficient the return stroke. The return trip also requires synchronization.

Five: stamping and bending

      Then a stage is punching and bending, which is a key link in the production of pipe bender molds, but also the latter link. The punching speed is limited by the oil supply of the oil pump and manual intervention to adjust by the proportional valve and directional valve.
