Product Introduction
This CNC Automatic Tube Bending Machine is used for producing bent tubes and pipes in order to produce different machine parts. This machine is available in three operational modes such as manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic. Hydraulic transmission can output large push force or large torque and realize low speed and large tonnage motion, which is an outstanding advantage that other transmission modes cannot compare.
Operation Guide
Each joint of the hydraulic pump station of the pipe bending machine is equipped with an oil-resistant rubber seal ring. If the seal ring is damaged or the oil leaks, it should be replaced in time.
Check the fasteners of all parts of the pipe bending machine to make them fastened.
The CNC Automatic Tube Bending Machine must be well grounded, and the wire must not be less than 4mm2 copper flexible wire. It is not allowed to connect the power supply voltage exceeding the specified range. Do not insert or remove the plug-in card with power on or use a megohmmeter to test the control circuit, otherwise the device may be damaged.
