2. Before starting, carefully check whether the motor, switch, circuit and grounding are normal and firm, and check that the control parts and buttons of the CNC Auto Tube Bending Machine are stuck in the correct position.

 

3. Check the overlap and firmness of the upper and lower molds; check whether the positioning devices meet the requirements of being processed.

 

4. When the upper slide plate and each positioning axis are not at the origin, run the return to origin program.

 

5. After the CNC pipe bender is started, it runs idling for 1-2 minutes, and the upper slide moves full-stroke for 2-3 times. If abnormal sound or malfunction is found, it should be stopped immediately, the malfunction is eliminated, and everything is normal before it can work.

 

6. When the CNC pipe bender is working, one person should be in a unified command, so that the operator and the feeding and suppressing personnel can cooperate closely to ensure that the cooperating personnel are in a safe position before sending out the bending signal.

 

7. According to the thickness, shape and size of the sheet to be bent, adjust the stroke of the slider and adjust the upper and lower molds and the bending pressure. When selecting the size of the lower die opening and checking the bending force of the workpiece, be sure to check the bending force table on the right side of the pipe bender. The working bending force must not be greater than the nominal force.

 

8. When adjusting the gap between the upper and lower molds, the slider must stop at the top dead center. The gap must be adjusted from large to small. Initially adjust the gap between the upper and lower molds. Generally, it can be about 1 mm larger than the plate thickness. The gap must be greater than the plate thickness to avoid crushing the mold due to no gap.

 

9. When two or more people bend, one person should be designated to step on the brake, and the electricity should be cut off when leaving the bender.

 

10. Do not do unilateral and single-point load work.

 

11. The sheet must be compacted when bending, to prevent the sheet from lifting up and hurting people during bending.

What should I pay attention to when installing parts for Auto Tube Bending Machine?

The efficiency of the Auto Tube Bending Machine is inseparable from the correct installation operation and maintenance. Let's take a look at how to install the parts of the automatic pipe bender.

1, the rebound control of the fully automatic pipe bender-rebound is very powerful when the core rod is not used. This must be considered when selecting the bending die. Depending on the bending radius, springback will return the tube 2 to 10 degrees, and may increase the bending radius of the tube. The smaller the bending radius, the smaller the rebound. Springback is affected by the position and pressure of the die. This method produces different radii for the same bending die. In addition, the position of the core rod will cause a large rebound, reduce the bending angle, and may increase the radius. When the radius is increased, the mandrel should be advanced (to the tangent point). There is no ready-made formula for adjusting the setting of the mandrel. Obviously, when the rebound angle is greater than 3 degrees, the core rod is too far behind and the bending radius of the tube will be larger than the bending die.

2, the core of the fully automatic pipe bending machine is too far forward-there are several consequences of the core is too far forward. There will be a bulge at the end of the outside tangent point of the curve, and a depression at the beginning of the tangent point of the inside of the curve. These deformations are exemplified on a tube. However, due to the difference in core rod shape and bending radius, they do not always appear at the same time. Use plug-in mandrels at will. The length of the clamp should be at least 3 times the pipe diameter.

3, the fully automatic pipe bending machine core rod is too far behind-the core rod is slightly forward, the front part does not produce wrinkles but starts to occur at the rear of the cut point. The mandrel is still not far enough forward to generate the necessary pressure on the inside to shrink the material. When the bent pipe is removed from the pipe bender mold, there will be a large wrinkle. Therefore, it is necessary to push the mandrel until the material is not squeezed between the mandrel and the bending die.

4. Pick-up pumps are also known as pump-pumps and pump-back pumps, usually because the steel ball of the oil outlet valve cannot be reset normally. The action rod can be extended to make pressure on the plunger pump. Press down to reset the valve ball.

 5. The insufficient oil absorption of large and small pumps is caused by garbage or insufficient oil attached to the filter screen. Unscrew the elbow mold parts, clean the mesh body with gasoline and fill it with oil.

6. The top of the top rod leaks oil. This is mainly due to the damage of the top ring of the piston rod. You can replace the 14 × 2.4 O-ring, which should be fine.

7. The mold mounting hole is cracked, which is usually caused by the side load when the mold item is out, such as: the bent workpiece is not positioned correctly when it is bent again. You can check whether the two support wheels are symmetrical and the support wheels Apply oil to the joint with the workpiece, and place it in the second bending position.
