Cleaning Precautions
1. When cleaning the oil tank of the pipe bending machine, clean the oil inlet filter of each pump.
2.Within 1-2 months after the pipe bending machine is in use, clean the fuel tank and filter the hydraulic tank once.
3. If the forward and retreat failure is found, first check whether the solenoid valve is operating. If the solenoid valve is operating normally, then check whether the sequence valve, relief valve or one-way unloading valve is stuck. (This phenomenon usually occurs when the pipe bending machine starts to use.) If it is stuck, disassemble it and clean it with gasoline or diesel, and then reinstall it.
4. Operate strictly in accordance with the operating regulations.
5. Before starting the pipe bending machine, add lubricating oil according to the requirements of the lubricating chart at regular time, fixed point and fixed amount.
6. The machine tool must always be kept clean, and the unpainted parts are protected against rust and grease.
