1. The rocker arm is used to ensure that the bending radius of the bend pipe meets the requirements, and its clamping seat is to limit the rebound of the steel pipe during the bending process.
2. The pump station is divided into two parts, high pressure and low pressure, which provide power for the guide roller opening and closing, the swing arm clamping seat cylinder, the pushing device car chuck opening and closing, and the straightening roller opening and closing.
3. The guide roller device is composed of two sets of guide rollers, a frame and a clamping drive system. The opening and closing of the guide rollers is completed by hydraulic driving. Its function is to complete the horizontal bending of the steel pipe with the swing arm.
4. Driving device It is the power source of the pushing device.
5. Straightening rollers are used to prevent vertical deformation during the bending process. Used in conjunction with floating elliptical anti-fixtures to ensure that the ovality of the steel pipe after bending meets the requirements.
