The bending mandrel of our Automatic Hydraulic Tube Bender Machine is heat-treated with high-quality steel, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life. Every part is finely processed. The bending accuracy is extremely high. It is driven by a servo motor, which has high accuracy and can bend multiple steel bars at one time. Due to the high performance, it is available of high speed operation, and there is no special need of maintaining.
Compared with other transmission modes, hydraulic transmission has the following advantages
1) Hydraulic transmission can output large thrust or torque and realize low-speed and large-tonnage motion, which is the outstanding advantage that other transmission modes cannot compare.
2) Hydraulic transmission can easily realize stepless speed regulation with a wide range of speed regulation and speed regulation in the process of system operation.
3) Under the same power condition, the hydraulic transmission device is small in size, light in weight and compact in structure.
