The Fully Auto Pipe Bender Machine adopts full mechanical transmission, thus to ensure excellent structure and high reliability. Asymmetrical distribution of rollers on both sides help to reduce straight line segments. Double foot switch plus emergency stop, which is really easy to operate. The machine rotates in balance, and only needs to adjust the compression to obtain circular arcs or spirals with different curvatures.
The Fully Auto Pipe Bender Machine is equipped with advanced process, which has longer service life for use and there is no special need of maintaining. In addition, he machine is provided with automatic oil injection system to reduce friction of elbow and ensure quality of elbow. The servo proportional valve control flow is not affected by oil temperature, it is a high accuracy and stable equipment. This pipe bender is widely used and can be used for mass production or standardized products such as exhaust pipes, seats, safety appliances and all steel furniture.
The power part adopts the existing compressed air power source on site of fully auto pipe bender machine. In order to improve the reliability of the system, we adopt a closed-loop control method with an end position sensor for all actions. The magnetic switch is the main input device with the cylinder as the action actuator, and the double electronically controlled reversing valve and the cylinder are the main actuators. After comparison and optimization of performance and price, it is determined to adopt ~x1N-60M (T) programmable controller produced by Japan's Mitsubishi Corporation. The number of input points of the basic unit is 36 points, and the number of output points is 24 points. After expansion, the total number of input and output points can reach 124 points. It should be emphasized that C16-C31 of the programmable controller are 16 holding 16-bit counters, and S0-S127 are 128 holding status registers.
