This Automatic Pipe Bender Machine is made of high quality steel, which has high hardness and long life use. We offer bending mould, clamp mould, guided mould, etc. Clamp die designed with parallelogram, diagonal clamping, fix tight. Guided die adopts three (four) disc type chuck structure, clamp high. Power assisted mold replacement makes mold replacement simple and efficient. Moreover, this machine has the functions of cycle, semi-cycle, manual, pause, etc.
The Automatic Pipe Bender Machine is equipped with double foot switch plus emergency stop, realizes the function to operate. The machine rotates in balance, and only needs to adjust the compression to obtain circular arcs or spirals with different curvatures. On the other hand, it changes the mold groove shape, which can process various metal profiles, such as angle steel, flat steel, round pipe and other heterosexual interface profiles.
