The NC Hydraulic Tube Bender Machine features advanced process, which has longer service life for use. Due to the proper size and compact design, it ensures easy installation. When the pipe is bent, the upper mold and the frame are close to each other and serve as a fulcrum. The clamp is located at the tail of the pipe bender. When bending the pipe, it can clamp one end of the steel pipe, which can adapt to the angle change of the steel pipe due to the bending of the axis.

The NC Hydraulic Tube Bender Machine is equipped with advanced vertical hydraulic pipe bender, thus to plastically deform the steel pipe, thereby achieving cold bending of the steel pipe. The lower die is located at the front of the pipe bender, and is suspended in a floating state by a hydraulic cylinder. When bending the pipe, the lower die rises and bends the steel tube. The force generated by the lower die rise is the main force when bending the pipe, with high and reliable performance.
